Service-use terms for the Shop Ledger platform.

This is a technical launch template, not legal advice. The operating entity should have final Terms reviewed for its jurisdiction, pricing, subscription terms and refund policy before public launch.

Authorized use

Users may use Shop Ledger only for accounts and business records they are authorized to access. Credentials and two-factor authentication material must not be shared.

Business records

The customer is responsible for the accuracy, classification and legal sufficiency of information entered into the service and for reviewing exported accounting data before importing it into another accounting platform.

Availability and maintenance

Service maintenance, security updates and emergency restrictions may temporarily affect access. Backups and recovery procedures are part of the production operations plan.

Accounting and tax decisions

Shop Ledger is software for recording and organizing information. It does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

Account security

The service may revoke sessions, require password changes, require two-factor authentication or restrict access when security-sensitive account settings change.
